At Banner Stand Co, we want the ordering process to be clear and fair. This Refund Policy explains when a refund is available, how cancellations are handled, and the important exceptions that apply, particularly for customized orders. Please read it carefully before placing your order.

Cancellations Before Dispatch

Any order successfully placed on our website will be refunded if the customer cancels it before it is dispatched. This policy specifically applies to generic products with no customized printing. If you wish to cancel an eligible order, please contact us as soon as possible so we can process your request before the order leaves our facility.

Refund Timeline

Once your cancellation is approved, your refund will be initiated within 7 to 10 days. The exact time for the amount to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Cancellations After Dispatch

Any order canceled after a dispatch notification has been sent will not be entertained. Once your order has been dispatched, it is already on its way to you and can no longer be cancelled for a refund. We encourage you to review your order carefully and cancel promptly if needed, before it is sent.

Refused Deliveries

If a customer refuses to accept the delivery at the time it arrives, transportation and packing charges will be deducted from the refund amount. This is because these costs are incurred once an order has been packed and shipped, regardless of whether the delivery is accepted.

Customized Products: No Refunds

Please note that we do not issue or process any refunds if the customer requests customizations. Refunds and returns do not apply to any products ordered with customized or specific designs. Because these items are printed and produced uniquely for you, they cannot be resold, and so they are not eligible for refunds under any circumstances. We strongly encourage you to review your design and all order details carefully before approving a customized order for production.
