We are not responsible for errors that were present in the files or proof you approved.

Custom Products

Many of our products are printed and produced to order based on your specifications. Because these items are made uniquely for you, they are non refundable and non returnable except in cases of damage or defect, as described in our Return and Refund policies. Please review your customized order carefully before approving it for production.

By submitting artwork or designs to us, you confirm that you own the rights to that content or have permission to use it. You remain fully responsible for ensuring that your artwork does not infringe on any third party trademarks, copyrights, or other intellectual property rights.
