At Banner Stand Co, we manually inspect and carefully pack every product before it is dispatched to you, so your order arrives in the best possible condition. This page explains our return and exchange terms in full, so please read it carefully before placing your order.

Returns

If you would like to return a product, you have 2 days from the date you receive your order to return unused items in their original packaging for a refund. Items must be unused and in their original condition to qualify. Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Exchanges

Exchanges for a different size are subject to availability and must be requested within 24 hours of receiving your order. If you would like to request an exchange, please contact us as soon as possible so we can check availability and assist you.

Customized Products: No Returns or Refunds

Please note that customized products are not eligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges. We do not accept returns or process any refunds on orders that include customizations. This applies to any product ordered with a customized or specific design. Because these items are made uniquely for you, they cannot be resold, so we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges on them under any circumstances. We strongly encourage you to review your design and details carefully before approving a customized order.

Refund Processing

Once your return is approved, your refund will be transferred to your original mode of payment within 15 days. The exact time for the amount to reflect in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
