Shipping & Delivery
At Banner Stand Co, we know your displays often have a deadline attached, such as a trade show, a store opening, or a big event. That is why we have built our production and shipping process to be fast, reliable, and clear. This page explains everything you need to know about how and when your order reaches you.
Production Time
Because every product is printed to order with your artwork, each order goes through printing, quality control, and careful packing before it ships. Most standard orders are printed and ready to ship within 2 to 4 business days from the time your artwork is approved.
Larger runs, custom sizes, or orders with special finishing may take a little longer. If your order needs extra production time, we will let you know the expected timeline before we begin, so there are no surprises. If you are working to a tight deadline, contact us before you order and we will do our best to accommodate rush requests.
Shipping Coverage
We ship to addresses across the United States, including all 50 states. Orders are dispatched from our facility using trusted carriers to make sure your displays arrive safely and on time.
Shipping Rates
We are pleased to offer free standard shipping on all orders over $50 within the United States. For orders under $50, a flat shipping rate is calculated automatically at checkout, so you always see the full cost before you pay. If you need it faster, expedited shipping options are available at checkout for an additional charge.
Delivery Time
Once your order leaves our facility, standard delivery typically takes 3 to 7 business days, depending on your location within the United States. Please note that delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier and may occasionally be affected by factors outside our control, such as weather, holidays, or peak shipping seasons.
Your total time from order to doorstep is your production time plus your delivery time. If you have a firm deadline, we recommend ordering early or choosing an expedited option to give yourself a comfortable buffer.
Order Tracking
As soon as your order ships, we will send you a confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this to follow your delivery every step of the way. If you have not received your tracking details within a few days of ordering, please check your spam or promotions folder, or reach out to us and we will be happy to help.
Bulk & Multi Location Orders
If you are ordering displays for multiple locations, franchises, or a nationwide rollout, we can help. We are able to ship large quantities, coordinate deliveries to several addresses, and stagger ship dates to match your schedule. Contact our team and we will arrange the most efficient shipping method and timeline for your order.
Damaged or Lost Shipments
We pack every order carefully to make sure it arrives in perfect condition. In the rare event your order arrives damaged, or does not arrive at all, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date with your order number and, where possible, photos of the packaging and product. We will work quickly to resolve the issue with a replacement or reprint.
